Audra R. Thompson, physical therapist and owner of Healing Hands Physical Therapy is excited to bring her practice to The Main Street Clinic.

With over 20 years of experience, working in a variety of clinical settings, Audra treats a multitude of diagnoses to include: chronic pain of the spine and extremities, chronic stress/fatigue related problems, myofascial pain (fibromyalgia, etc.…), Craniosacral dysfunction to include headaches, postsurgical joint pain, and unexplained onset of pain and/or physical limitation.

She has been trained in Sequenced Manual Therapy since 2004 by Dr. Edward Stiles, DO and Micha Sale, PT. Their treatment approach is based on Osteopathic principles and focuses on removing restrictions from the body in order for the nervous system to:

– Restore optimal joint mechanics

– Reduce joint compression

– Return the patient to pain-free function

In other words, the body is placed in a position to heal itself!

Audra delivers a customized and sequenced treatment based on each patient’s unique presentation of mechanical restrictions.
